Office Hours is a webinar-based format and is staffed by The Joint Commission.  The content for Office Hours includes frequently asked questions, tips for successful use of the DDS Platform, and participant questions (asked via the "Chat" function).

The links below will take you to the Office Hour applicable recording.

If you missed a given Office Hour webinar, you will be prompted to register (scroll to bottom of screen) and then the recording will start.

Once registered (whether before or after the Office Hour webinar), the recording will automatically start if you return to the webpage.

If you are unable to attend a webinar, the registration or video link will take you to the recording for that session.  It can take a couple of hours after the Office Hour webinar ends for the recording to be posted.

If you missed a given webinar, you will be prompted to register. If you register for a past webinar, the recording will automatically start if you return to the webpage.

Webinars are currently scheduled as follows. Invitations are sent to all registered DDSP users two weeks prior to each webinar. Webinars are recorded and available via the DDSP “Need Help? icon.
