Joint Commission has not implemented any changes to performance measurement requirements for CY2027.

We review available measures and requirements annually and have typically posted them in September or October. We’ve followed this time frame because historically we were aligned with CMS and they released their requirements in August. With accreditation 360, we are shifting away from measure alignment, so the timing of when we post annual requirements may be adjusted. When possible--we’ll post requirements as early as we can to allow organizations time to implement changes to their systems.
