CMS/TJC eCQM Alignment: Known Issues
CMS is accepting Lab results reported as a range; however, the DDSP engine is not working properly and produces the wrong outcome.
Duplicate template ID root and extension:
When duplicate occurs, CMS uses the 1st one, the DDSP is using the last one for evaluation.
For CMS, the same template ID root and extension crossing different data types is not be considered a Duplicate; however, the DDSP would consider them duplicates when the template ID root and extension are the same regardless of the data types.
An unexpected measure outcome is possible when duplicate template ID root and extension are reported among same or different templates. To correct the issue refrain from using duplicate template ids in the document.
