Open/close dates and deadlines are shown within the platform
To be considered for an exemption from submitting chart-abstracted data for the current calendar year requirements, all forms must be received at The Joint Commission no later than thirty (30) days prior to quarter close applicable to the request.
To be considered for an exemption from submitting eCQM data for the current calendar year requirements, all forms must be received at The Joint Commission no later than the 1Q chart-abstracted deadline. If no eCQMs will be submitted, your organization is required to submit a minimum of three (3) chart-abstracted measures for the entire calendar year, unless the request is to for an exception for submission of any data.
Feedback on submitted data is posted to Organization’s Accelerate PI Dashboard in their Joint Commission Connect site approximately three months after the submission deadline.
Data Submission timelines for CY2024 CAM & eCQM data
CY2024 Chart-Abstracted Measures (CAM)
1Q 2024 (Jan, Feb, Mar): DDSP opens February 1, 2024 and data must be entered by June 30, 2024
2Q 2024 (Apr, May, Jun): DDSP opens May 1, 2024 and data must be entered by September 30, 2024
3Q 2024 (Jul, Aug, Sep): DDSP opens August 1, 2024 and data must be entered by December 31, 2024
4Q 2024 (Oct, Nov, Dec): DDSP opens November 1, 2024 and data must be entered by March 31, 2025
CY2024 Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs)
CY2024: DDSP opens TBD, 2024, Transmission period to submit data opens January 1, 2025, and data must be submitted by March 17, 2025
