When attempting to reset your password, if you do not receive an email:

  • the browser you are using is not supported (Internet Explorer does not work)

  • the email you provided is not associated with an account on the DDSP

  • the email has been blocked or sent to spam by your email server

  • you have not been invited to the platform as a user

In some instances, after receiving your password reset email, your email security software may be preventing you from successfully resetting your password on the DDSP. Some of the typical symptoms are:

  • “Reset Password" button or hyperlink in the email does not work, i.e. does not open your default browser with a password reset form

  • The "Reset Password" button and hyperlink do work, but the "Reset Password" button on the form does not work

  • The "Reset Password" button and hyperlink do work, but the "Send Code" button on the form does not work

NOTE: Your IT may be modifying the text in the link.

You can “hover” your mouse over the embedded link in the invite or password reset emails to see if the text matches. In cases where your IT security has modified the link, users can instead copy & paste the text from your email into your web browser.
