1. ORYX Performance Measurement Reporting via the DDSP is required; reporting was optional for CY2022 and CY2023.

   1. For CY2022 and/or CY2023, organizations could elect to submit no measure data, some measure data, or all measure dataChart-abstracted data is due quarterly (3 months after the end of the quarter), reporting monthly, aggregate data points for each quarter.

   2. Existing organizations that did not submit data prior to CY2024 CY2025 need to accept their DDSP invitation and complete the onboarding process in order to enter data for CY2024CY2025. Contact hcooryx@jointcommission.org to request the invitation be resent.
      

   Effective CY2024 (1/1/2024) ORYX Performance Measurement Reporting via the DDSP is required for ALCs.

   1. Chart-abstracted data will be due quarterly (3 months after the end of the quarter), reporting monthly, aggregate data points for each quarter.
      

2. Open/close dates and deadlines are shown within the platform
   

3. After 1/1/2024, to be considered for an exemption from submitting chart-abstracted data requirements, organizations must complete and submit an extenuating circumstance request; all forms must be received at The Joint Commission no later than thirty (30) days prior to quarter close applicable to the request.

4. Feedback on submitted chart-abstracted data is posted to Organization’s Accelerate PI Dashboard in their Joint Commission Connect site approximately three months after the submission deadline.

• 2Q 2024 (Apr, May, Jun): DDSP opens May 1, 2024 and data must be entered by September 30, 2024

• 3Q 2024 (Jul, Aug, Sep): DDSP opens August 1, 2024 and data must be entered by December 31, 2024

• 4Q 2024 (Oct, Nov, Dec): DDSP opens November 1, 2024 and data must be entered by March 31, 2025
