eCQM Export Error / Warnings Report

Purpose:

To provide a method by which each patient's errors and warning messages may be reviewed offline. This is useful when determining the issues with the uploaded QRDA I documents.

This report is generated from the Data Accuracy page.

Accessing the Report:

From the eCQM Submission menu, select the Data Accuracy tab.

  • Select the Error and/or Warnings you wish to review.

  • You may further narrow the results by selecting one or more Uploaded Zip files

  • Click the ‘Clear Selection’ button to see all Errors and/or Warnings again.

  • On the upper right-hand side of page, Next to 'Active Documents' , click on the “Export Errors/Warnings” button, bringing you to the Errors/Warnings Report page.

    • Each Episode of Care that was processed against the selected error and/or warning appears in the Error/Warning list.

    • If you filtered the report and wish to review the entire report instead, click ‘Show All Errors and Warnings’ (above ‘Export to Excel’). The list will re display with all of the data available on the Data Accuracy page.

    • Click on ‘Export To Excel’ in the upper right corner of the Error/Warning Report page to create an Excel file containing the viewed table, in your ‘Download’ folder.

    • After reviewing or exporting this report, click the ‘Back’ button on the upper right-hand side of the page to go back to the Data Accuracy page.

Columns within the Report:

The Error/Warning list provides the following information for each Episode of Care.  

Tip: Clicking on any column header will sort the report.

  • Patient ID - This is the Patient ID that is contained within the QRDA I document for the patient

  • HCO ID - This is the Joint Commission’s ID for the hospital.

  • Zip Name - This is the name of the zip file in which the active QRDA I document was submitted.

  • Batch ID - This is the DDSP’s Batch ID associated to the uploaded zip file. This will assist users with access to multiple hospitals for upload purposes who use the Multi-HCO Batch Upload function.

  • QRDA I Document Name - This is the name of the active QRDA I document in which the patient was submitted.

  • Transmission Time - This is the time that the file was processed by the DDSP

  • Issue Type – This is the type of Issue, Warning, or Rejected

  • Warning Message - This is the message that is displayed on the Data Accuracy page.        

Tip - Excel Filter

Within Excel, you can Filter the file to just those cases that have the specific error or warning message that you wish to review.  This will allow you to find the specific Patient IDs to assist in drill-down analysis by reviewing the QRDA I document within Source Viewer or within your own EHR software.
