Chart-Abstracted Error Messages
Purpose:
Below are the error messages which may be generated on the Chart-Abstracted Data Entry page when the edits are executed. The edits do not run “real-time”, instead they will run when the “Submit” button is clicked.
If an edit error was found,” Month – Errors” (in red text) will show on the top of the month that had error. Scroll down the page to find the error messages, correct the errors, and click the “Submit” button to reprocess the data against the edits.
If no error is found, “Month – Saved” (in green text) will show on the top of the month and “Edit” button will be activated to allow for further change.
Notes:
This DDSP expects all 3 months of data to be entered before submitting, however, it is not required to enter all 3 months of data to allow for data saving. As long as there is one full month data without errors, that month data will be saved. If you plan to submit only 1-2 months data, for remaining months (where data is not entered), you will see ‘This Field is Required.’ error and edit errors for all fields in missing month/s.
Entered and saved numeric data may be changed or cleared, before the close of quarter. If the intent is to delete the entire month of data, be sure to clear all of the numeric entered data. Clear the entered numeric data by either backspacing through the number or highlight the number and hit the Delete key.
