Purpose: 

The Joint Commission removes eCQM QRDA I data from the platform 6 months after the annual submission deadline.

How Does This Affect Me?

The Year will still be available to select in the Submission Period drop-down box; however, only the Submission Report will be available once the eCQM data has been removed. The Submission Report will still be available from the Home Page.

None of the pages within the eCQM Submission module will be available after the eCQM data has been removed. Prior to the 6-month data removal timeframe, users may still:

1. Download the following:

   1. “View Multi Hco Status List” report from the Multi-HCO Actions View Status page.

   2. “Total Documents” from the Upload Data Summary page.

   3. “Errors And/Or Warnings” from the Data Accuracy page.

   4. “Review Patient Results” from the Quality Improvement page.
