Hospitals selecting sample cases for the PC-Mothers must ensure that the Initial Patient Population and sample size for this PC sampling group meets the following conditions:

≥1501 then Minimum Required Sampling Group Sample Size “n” =301

376 - 1500 then Minimum Required Sampling Group Sample Size “n” = 20% of Initial Patient Population size

75 - 375 then Minimum Required Sampling Group Sample Size Size “n” = 75

<75 then no sampling: 100% Initial Patient Population required

25 - 125 then Minimum Required Sampling Group Sample Size “n” = 51

<25 then no sampling: 100% Initial Patient Population required
