User Profile
Platform users are able to update information via the “User Settings” menu. The menu item will expand when you click on it, showing the following options:
User profile
Manage Multi-Factor Authentication
Set Default HCO (If you have access to more than one facility)
User Time Zone
eCQM Notifications
Legal Documents
To modify your name and/or email address, select what you want to update (e.g. “Name” or “Email Address”) then click “Save”.
You may change your password via the “Change Password” option:
For information regarding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) see the help content and recording provided:
MFA is a separate third-party application “add on” managed by the end-user. Your organization may already have an MFA application they prefer to use, or you may need to download an MFA application to use specifically for the DDSP.
If you have access to more than one workspace/HCO, you can select a Default Active HCO to view upon logging in:
Under User Settings>User Time Zone, you are able to indicate your preferred time zone:
Notification Settings
Notification Settings allows you to receive alerts related to eCQM upload status. Select “Email Notification (Receive an email at [Your.Email@email.com] then “Save”.
Additional Security / Notification Emails
Additional security related Notification Emails are sent by the DDSP to Users when the following actions occur with their accounts:
Actions:
Your MFA is reset
A device is registered to your account for MFA purposes
Your email address is changed. The email is sent to the original email address.
In all instances, if you performed the action, you may ignore the email.
If you did not perform an action, please notify via email HCOORYX@jointcommission.org
From within the User Settings there is an option to view platform legal documents by selecting the highlighted text:
