Excel Download of CAM Submission Report –

The Excel version of the CAM Submission Report available on the DDSP home page contains a couple of inaccuracies:

·       The header incorrectly displays "eCQM Submission Report" instead of "CAM Submission Report."

·       The measure results are listed under the main measure name only, without indicating the specific strata. This may cause confusion as individual strata results are not clearly labeled.

Until the Excel version is corrected, users should refer to the PDF version of the CAM Submission Report, which displays the correct header and strata labeling.

Error generated when saving all three months of 4Q2025 CAM data. The data saves as expected but the following error message appears “An error occurred while processing your request.

Please return to the Home page and try again.”

As an interim workaround, users should enter and submit each quarter of the 4Q2026 data individually until the issue is resolved.
