2 | “Need Help?” “View All Tickets” Bug: Users are not able to see their tickets after selecting “View All Tickets” from the “Need Help?” button. When users click “View All Support Tickets”, the list of support tickets they have opened does not appear | 1/2/2025 | Click on “Need Help?” and then click on “View All Support Tickets”. Enter a “Start Date” before the submitted ticket date and enter an “End Date” after the submitted ticket date. Once a date range is entered all the DDSP support tickets in that date range are displayed.
